Client Process
01. Kickoff Call
Before any commitment or payment, we’ll hop on a quick 30-minute call to discuss the project’s full scope—deliverables, timelines, budget, and more. By the end of the call, we typically have verbal agreement on all key points.
02. Signed & Sealed
I’ll send a detailed project proposal outlining the agreed deliverables and pricing. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract, briefing template, and an invoice for the 50% deposit. We’ll move forward once everything is signed, paid, and completed.
03. Design Time
With the signed contract, deposit, and completed brief in hand, I’ll start working on the project. I’ll guide you through each design phase, aiming for a direction that aligns with your brief and vision.
04. Presentation
After two to three weeks, I’ll present the design to you. During this session, I’ll walk you through my process, explaining the rationale behind each choice. You’ll also receive a presentation deck for reference when providing feedback.
05. Final or Feedback
Take a day or two to let the presentation sink in before offering feedback. If minor changes are needed, I’ll email updates. For larger revisions, we’ll schedule another call to review the work in more detail.
06. Final Sign-Off
Once you’ve approved the design, I’ll send the final invoice. After payment, you’ll receive all the files in a well-organized folder, ready for immediate use. A couple of months later, I’ll check in to see how things are going—so expect a follow-up!
